PHOTO SESSION AGREEMENT

WEATHER: If sessions are canceled due to Ohio's crazy winter weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge. However, these sessions are completed in-studio so cancellation is highly unlikely.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of EPIC PhotoGraphic.

STUDIO USAGE: EPIC PhotoGraphic retains the right to use any images from this session in online or print marketing campaigns.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital files for personal use only, and shall not sell said files or authorize any reproductions.
